    Avoid the lower end like the plague. Because of the AGP/PCIX/PCIE switchover, the value of old cards is ludicrously inflated right now. Radeon 9800s should not be going for $150 on eBay, but they are. If you don't have PCIE and want to upgrade your card, don't. Save up cash and do a full upgrade.

    Going by that list and your budget i would go with XFX brand. They are good. But you might price around. But then again what cards can you use?

    Oh we have the card, its the one biggles recommended but the pci-x version. Now the problem is that the windows installer keeps hanging at "Setup is now starting windows" which is making me go ahhhhh!

    Great card in this price range, though. :) I slammed it in my comp with two 120mm case fans and although the 6600GT -series' cards run extremely hot by default, my overall comp temperature only raised 1 C.

    Why don't you try Newegg? They have a bunch on AGP 6600GT's starting for as low as $134
