  Especially the propagation of "His Eminence," "Her Majesty," "Sir," "Mr.," "Lord of All Creation" (and just plain "Lord," too), etc. Lets also not forget "His Holiness The" and "Hombre!" And don't ignore "Le," "El," "Dr.," "Senior," "The Magical," or "I hate."
