Sanfam
I like clocks.
Just a placeholder right now, but basically...I'm hoping we, the members of FirstOnes, can come together here and work out a set of rules and conditions, possibly decide any policies before starting.
My general assumptions at the moment: The year is likely to hover around 2263, but moving it back to 2260 might offer a more stable environment.
Time will progress in realtime. One year here is equal to one year in the B5 universe, so we'll be starting out around August 25-ish, 2260.
Ships/Vehicles: Each character can have a ship or craft. Characters could combine to form fleets, perhaps to combine their forces for the advantage of all or purely for personal gain. Whatever it is, that seems reasonable enough.
Rules:
No spamming,
No Flaming,
Please talk in-character as much as possible, but for out of character discussion, either use a dedicated OOC thread or for more limited use, double parentheses "((stuff))".
Actions are to be conveyed using the rudimentary, but commonplace leading and trailing asterisks as such: *Sanfam wanders about*
Please keep your character's actions realistic. While it might be nice to go off and find a superweapon and blow up plans, keep things grounded in whatever sense of reality could apply here. It's just not fun when people go ape in this sort of environment. I feel confident that I won't have to worry about this, but Just putting it on the table.
Reference Materials:
The Great Machine: A perfect resource for this! It'll eventually contain most facts relevant to the show and would be a perfect place to look up general information quickly. Also, why haven't you edited it yet? :p
The Lurker's Guide: Obviously, contains most major details in terms of episodic contents.
Form:
Given the relatively small size here, It seems reasonable to work it out such that a single thread could be devoted to a region, whether it be a galaxy, a sector, a solar system, a planet, a continent, a country, a city, a house, or even a freakin' shoe box. Make it reasonable given the activity that is suspected to eventually occur there as to minimize overlap.

Comments
Also, to get Mr. ShadowBoxer in here, I decided to allow fan-based ships to exist on *THREE* important conditions...
1. You must draw them yourself, or create some form of visual representation, including some reference of scale into the scene.
2. This ship must be fully grounded in the B5 reality. No uberships, or thou shalt be smote by the mighty zeus! (or at least something capable of crippling you unexpectedly :p)
3. Make it interesting. Actually make it. Otherwise, stick to something canon!
Worf
You might want to take a look at some of the characters in the character thread then :p
I was going to make a remark about that, but I assumed a couple were simply placeholders :p (which they were)
My original placeholder had a couple of gags in it.
