I don't see much bad in this other than throwing more money at intel.
and i highly doubt that it will run on your pc. most likely there will be a hardware component thats special for intel macs (motherboard?)

And we all know that various software has tried to deny working if a hardware dongle hasnt been present, something which of course has been hacked. If there isnt a major hardware component, like a cpu, which must be present for software to work, I dont think they can stop people from installing Mac OS X. Look at what people are doing with Xbox, PS, the portable Playstation....
