On Sunday, June 2, starting at 1pm ET, all of the Babylon 5 movies will air – including Legend of the Rangers at 9pm.

gonna be shown in chronological order.

spread the word, this might be the last time LOTR is shown for a long time and who knows what might happen if it gets a stellar rating....

    Ah right. That almost makes sense, except that if people start posting their B5 stuff to the zocalo this place will stay inactive.

    - He posts in Zocalo.
    - Admin then moves if for him to B5 leaving post in Zocalo but closed.
    - Post is in B5

    Thus those in Zocalo see it and its now in the right forum.

    Shouldn't this news be splashed on every orifice on the net in order to get people in front of their TVs? (FO.com homepage for EG)?

    I presume that if the viewing figures were impressive then SciFi might reconsider its current position on LOTR (whatever their position is).

    This will be interesting to see if LOTR will get better ratings. Hopefully all those that tuned in and liked it will do so again, and with a stroke of luck it will pull more viewers. Who knows... maybe Sci-Fi might have a second look... wishful thinking really though.

    On the topic of this forum being less active... I would not like to see it go down in favour of the Zocalo, I always come to this one first off and leave the Zocalo too last.

    um, with the NTSC, wouldn't it just be the same as normal - seeing as how most of our VCR's work both with NTSC and PAL??

    Well, I have an NTSC compatible VCR and a PAL only VCR. I tried dubbing from one to the other, but because of the different framerates the PAL one recorded a very bad, jumpy B&W image.

    and why would you want to copy it from one version to another? - if you have a good copy in NTSC, why not just watch it in NTSC?

    I wouldn't care either way - just to have a copy, any copy would be great

    Our PAL-only one was bought just before they started spitting out NTSC compatible VCRs. And trust me, you don't want a copy that's been dubbed into PAL.
    I'm going to see if I can borrow a friend's VCR that is also NTSC compatible and dub it that way. It won't happen for a couple of weeks though, as I'm really busy at the moment.

    Can somebody in the US of A tape it for me and mail it to me in England. I AM WILLING TO PAY!!!!! (For postage also!) Since it aint going to be on brit sky for a few years or digital for longer or what I have (Terresteral) for EVEN LONGER!!! and it aint come out in tape yet!
