Yeah. so this forum went private for a day, then became public for some unknown period of time. So that's been resolved again. :D

Not quite sure why it happened...but it's fixed now!

    Anyway, about the web space... I've tested a system called CVS (concurrent versioning system) which would allow easy control over the mod files. Basically the system allows you to add comments, has running version numbering, has the ability to revert to an earlier version, etc etc. Updating your personal mod folder to the latest version is a real quickie, just a few mouse clicks and the same applies to updating files in the CVS repository and you also keep track of changes by reading the comments and version history. Very neat. The system is originally designed for programming project management but it works just as well for a mod project.

    The downside is that if you don't already have a CVS server installed and in use, you would have to go through some trouble setting it up.

    I'm looking into this myself and I'm hoping I could get one up myself and let a friend do the hosting but it's still very uncertain.

    The forum is all fixed and working. :D I don't know what keps changing it, but something was going on. However, that little gremlin was stabbed, killed, and eaten.
