Electric Boat Accepting Summer Hires

FYI, if you're an engineering college student with good grades and an American citizen with a clean record (you'll probably need to pass some sort of security check), Electric Boat (Groton, CT) is starting to hire college students for summer work. Anyone who is interested (I mean a serious interest), let me know and I can pass on the rest of the information. A summary of those requirements:
To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria:
* Currently an enrolled college student, at least 18 years of age, and an American citizen.
* Satisfactory completion of their freshman year in a degreed
engineering, computer science, or finance/accounting discipline.
* Currently have an academic standing in the upper half of their class.
* Must be available to work for at least eight (8) consecutive weeks between May 16th and September 16th.
Note that all materials will need to be submitted together to EB Human Resources by Friday, March 18, 2005 so any interested parties would need to hurry.

Unfortunately, I'm not an American citizen, live half a globe away... and would not pass a decent bacground check even if a technomage owed me a favour.
Thus, I must build my own submarines -- model submarines, mind you -- and they suffice well, since photographing fish does not require a real sub.
Besides, with model submarines one gets to decide both the budget and design specs! :D (Downside being that the specs are miserable, and budget only 300 €.)
Which reminds me -- I really should get my picture gallery back online. Just reinstalled and configured Apache on the server, so the road is clear.
During the last two summers, I've managed to take a truckload of aerial photos (and even some fairly tolerable videos) with Silence, and they are of no use when picking up dust on a local hard disk.
But the sub -- my first sub until now -- is a Robbe Seawolf (the old version, not the current one) modified to carry a little video camera for remote viewing. This summer, I hope to add a still camera for high-resolution snaps.
When I get it back together, I will keep in mind to take photos.
As compensation for not offering sub photos, I can offer my currently best (even if focus remains poor) aerial video (XviD, avi, 34 MB) from Silence during last May. (Note dark patches on ground: some dimwits had played with fire on my favourite flying field. )
...can anyone recommend a good PHP picture gallery script? I could write another one... but surely something already exists out there?
:)
