Who was the EA rep in Season 5?

I was just thinking about this. Sheridan sat at the EA's seat (even had the little Earth Alliance nameplate in front of him), but he never acted for Earth. Locley never attendend a meeting, and I'm fairly sure she never even went into the room. According the he B5 reference CD, there were two EA reps, an Ambassador, Janice somethingorother, and it said the David "Every day is casual day" Corwin was working with the EA.

So what's the story? Did Jan call in sick every day? Was Locley an incopitant diplomat and slugged back a whiskey when there was a meeting? Did Corwin get reabsorbed into the EA and refuse to wear the uniform? Did Earth just not give a crap?

    Honestly i don't know, I have wondered that while watching season 5 eps.

    I guess with the ISA being the big thing in season 5, the EA would have been represented by having a human as the president.

    What do you mean didnt know it existed?? It was a very public thing in season 5.

    Lockley was the rep i bet but never attended because her and sheridan could just talk after the meetings and stuff. no reason for her to sacrifice time from running the station to attend meetings that sheridan could just do.

    The rep doesn't just listen, they have to do things like cast votes as well. Thus she wouldn't be able to talk to Sheridan after the meeting unless he was also a rep.
