  • Random ChaosRandom Chaos Actually Carefully-selected Order in disguise
    Its more then just Firefox and Gecko-based browsers. It also includes Opera and everything except IE. Why? Becuase IE is out of date. IDN is a standardized spec that IE hasn't adopted and the security hole is in the spec itself, not the individual browsers.
