ive been half way round the world by myself, trekked across venezula, and driven halfway across canada....and in all that time the hardest most challenging thing ive ever done was to get across london on the tube on time:D

Ah the London Underground... thankfully I only experience it once or twice a year.

One thing they forgot to mention in the song was the use of timber beams as "temporary replacements" for tracks

Yeah happened 2-3 years ago. After one of the derailments they inspected some track for cracks and came across a piece that had a timber beam fitted instead of the normal metal track. Honestly can't remember if the beam caused the accident or not but there was murder over it at the time.

I actually was in London using the underground about 2 weeks after the accident, so yeah it was a bit concerning.
