I don't believe I ever said that, nor implied it. I actually quite like the idea of selling it off to another space agency, such as Europe or India or China.
Biggles I absolutly agree.
The US congress is like the Roman Senate it takes years to decide anything, by that time it will be too late. It is that quality over quantity stuff.
