Food

Im attempting to become more self sufficient as I hit my deadline to get the hell outta this house. To do that I need to learn how to cook something other than chicken, pasta, grilled cheese, salad & frozen dinners.

Any cooks out there? Gimme some ideas n' recipes.

You can never go wrong with Baked Potatoes...

Wash em off, pierce them with a knife through the center, put them in the top rack of an oven, set it for 400° F, cook for one hour or until center is cooked.

;)
• Pop Tarts and Goldfish. That's how I intend to survive college.

Speaking of which... are those available in NZ, Biggles? :D

No idea (we may have an equivalent of pop tarts, I remember seeing TV ads a long time ago), but we have plenty of snack food to go around. Not to mention that, having such a high asian population, we get all the asian snack foods. Noone makes great snack foods like them. :D

The Cabl3 Guy: I just started by cooking something simple that I had the ingrediants for available.
• SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
But what of goldfish, the greatest snack food known to mankind?
• BigglesBiggles The Man Without a Face
Well, that all depends on what they are. :)
