Season 3 Spoiler Warning - Did anyone notice this?

Ok, in season 3, severed dreams, (one of the best B5 episodes in my opinion), the following happens.

Earthgov sends the OCDs Agrippa and Rowanoke, vs B5 and OCDs Alexander & Churchill.

The dying churchill rams one of the Earthgov OCDs, destroying it.
After this Ivanova (in a starfury), gets sent spinning out of control near the Agrippa.
The remaining EarthGov OCD (you might from the above think its the agrippa) is crippled by fire from B5, and sheridan pleads:
"Babylon control to [b]Rowanoke[/b], your ship is out of control. Surrender and let us take on prisoners. We promise safe passage to... *The OCD Explodes* "

Anyone else spot it?
Lets not mention the hyperion heavy cruisers...

    Yep. JMS mentioned it. He said that Johnny probibly got the ships confused.

    This, of course, was disproved in Intersecions in Season 4, when the interogator accused Johnny of the murder of the crew of the Roanoke, when, going by the effects and JMS, he murdered the crew of the Agrippa.

    I think it was a vast conspiracy by Clark and the Shadows to spread confusion and chaos, by making everybody believe that the one ship was the other.
