Perhaps he's asking us to fill it for him. ;)
Maybe he's getting a empty shopping cart for x-mas...

1. Never heard of the company "Albatron." Seems like a nice mobo, but the price seems quite low for the features it has. Are they a bargin brand?
2. Never heard of the company "Rosewill." Also the memory price seems low - are they a bargin brand company? Memory is one area you really do not want to skimp on.
3. Your CPU is a 333MHz FSB (only the 3000+ and 3200+ come in a 400MHz FSB). The problem is your memory you chose is PC3200 (which runs on a 400MHz FSB). If you want to fully utilize your memory you will also want a CPU that runs at 400MHz FSB, otherwise the memory will run slower then you want, plus there will be extra lag which you would not get with PC2700 ram (becuase PC2700 runs at 333MHz it doesn't have to resync its data to work with the 333MHz FSB). If you can afford it, go with a 400MHz FSB (say the Athlon Barton 3000+ 400MHz FSB one). If you can't, why spend the extra money on the faster memory that you can't utilize the benifit of? Considering that AMD is moving to 64 bit and that the 32 bit 3000+ is already over a year old, it isn't a "I will upgrade this later" consideration I wouldn't think.

I'd like to follow that up by saying that I'd wait until nForce4 boards become readily available, which should be very soon. It may be a bit more expensive, and I can see you're shying away from higher prices, but the extra money buys you extra time before you next have to upgrade these parts.

I didn't see that & from what I saw the the 3000 is somewhat outta my price range. Right now $200 bucks is pretty much all I can spend anything higher & I'll just go all out new vid card, new everything. Even then it messes with my timetable its not really a priority to get this thing running for gaming. Im almost 90% sure Im gonna ditch my PC & purchase a Mac if not I should wait on the upgrade I guess. Now memory I don't know much about what is a decent brand?

It just depends on what you select as memory bus clock speed.
Also while working with lower clockspeed faster memory can generally work with smaller latencies.
(when overclocking or with higher bus speeds increasing latencies is first thing you have to do if memory isn't fast)
Cabl3 Guy, that memory which you linked has crappy latencies. (this kind of values would be better 2-3-3)
BEST. CASE. EVER.
VERY sturdy case, dirt cheap, good power supply, nice design...etc. My next case will be a rosewill
If their cases are any indication, they are a GOOD company
There's a bit of a difference between making cases and making RAM, though. :D Chances are that it's just relabled RAM anyway.
Yeah, these "unknown" budget memories can be very low quality and have compatibility problems.
My friend bought those and only third DIMM worked.
First "died" after three days (Memtest gave 10 000 + errors, always in same address), while it went back to warranty I gave old memorys which I didn't need anymore and they worked without any problem week and half before he got new DIMM module... which died almost same way after four days!
I got a Athlon XP 2800+, 1GB twinMOS RAM and a ASRock motherboard and that was the cheapest stuff I found and I've not had a single problem yet, except the ASRock motherboard isn't for overclocking. :)
But still, as people say, you're much safer if you buy som quality hardware.
And in general (not just in computers) I prefer quality stuff over bagain brand becuase it both lasts and is more reliable initially. purple
