Theres a stickied thread in the General Freespace forum on HLP with a link to the ISO images. The link in the opening post is dead, so goto the very last page. Theres a new link towards the bottom.

Just ask them for a simple CD mailer. It usually only costs two stamps to send stuff, but be sure to ask them how much it would actually cost now.
either way, its easier than using a box, which WILL cost more.
btw, the game uses 3 CDs. The first CD is just the installer. The second and third have all the movie data. You can do a full install, but the game checks for them anyways.
Before I forget, you can always use "Download Accelerator Plus" to resume the downloads. Its not ad-ware per se.... (the only advertising is done by a banner ad, which is downloading from "ads.downloadaccelerator.com" and the images are stored in the "Ads" directory (which you can deny yourself the rights to view, which in turn removes the ads...or just add the server to your hosts file to block it as well.)

Its the game minus the movies, the music, and a couple of other things IIRC.
