Monkey Island theme - rock remix

Dunno about you.. but I sort of like it.

Maybe it's the fact that I love those two original games and the music and all in them..

And maybe cuz I more or less grew listening to "similar" type of rock songs..

Gotta dig out the url for those golden oldie Lucasarts soundtracks again.

    I like it. A lot.

    It has certain melancholy to it. Like a man playing at his friends funeral. Or at least that's what it feels like to me at the moment... this wouldn't probably sound so sad without the nostalgia.

    They should do a proper movie from the original Monkey Islands.. I mean, when Guybrush was still a more of a pirate.

    True. Some nice jokes.. but I still find the first two funnier and better...

    Interesting, I haven't played the fourth 'Monkey, but I always thought the joke was on the fact that Guybrush was nothing like a pirate. :) But they'd make an excellent movie series, hands down.

    I might get killed for this, but I'm guessing it should be an animation. With attitude. Lots of it. What was the animation studio that made Shrek? Dreamworks pictures released it but the studio itself? They should give it a go, might be a real gem if done with enough attitude.
