He was a resident of down-below on B5 during the first season. He was who someone would go to if they needed illegal or hard-to-obtain items and services.

"The card" is still on display on the wall of my office, next to the Worf postcard (which I still use for progamming 'advice' of the day).
I take good care of it, replaceing the card would be:

(background) Jack got the card for me at VorCon, a B5 convention in LA about 2 months after I started. (Wow, that seems so long ago.) This was after we used to write N'Grath messages on each other's white boards. "Custom code for cobra-bay. Sounds difficult, expensive.", etc.

I'm not trying to be evasive or anything, work pressure is cutting into my personal online time... sorry.
Freeze: N'Grath was just never mentioned again after the beginning of season 2. I don't know if the books say anything. The Great Maker was quoted as saying that he "just wasn't happy" with the prop or his own use of the character.
I remember some criminal thug mentioned something "since the downfall of N'Grath" or something in Season 5.

I believe that event was in the novel, [i]Clark's Law[/i]. Don't recall how it went down.
