    Swiss airforce Mirage and F-5 fighters. I noticed that they flew vertically along the side of and over the Matterhorn mountain peak as well as over some dam(s). The same place where Mundane visited and posted some photos of some time ago in here I recall.

    Makes me wish the flight home would be a little more exciting. Sure, seeing a thunderstorm from above is the most beautiful sight I've ever seen, but that would be cooler.

    Oh my god, yes. I've only been over a few minor storms...but my mother once took a flight over a super cell that was spawning tornados left and right. She had a camera handy, so got a few shots, but it was so incredibly beautiful...

    A#, that's what I saw. For about 15 minutes there was an average of one flash every couple of seconds. I took some video. Some came out ok, some didn't.

    I also recommend that you not underestimate how good trance music can be as a soundtrack for jet fighter flying, particularly dogfights. I can provide examples when I get home. Sanfam's already seen some.
