Finnish music in recent movies.

The headline says it all. Just went over to the site for [URL=http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/residentevilapocalypse/]Resident Evil: Apocalypse [/URL] and checked out the 'Listen to the soundtrack' -tab. And what we have there on the bottom is '[b]HIM: Join Me In Death[/b].

On top of that, Nightwish gets to have their 'Wish I Had An Angel' on the soundtrack of 'Alone In The Dark', so overall we're looking good :D.

    was going to say something about gay music (HIM)...but I'll keep quiet :)

    In another news, the norwegian group Dimmu Borgir made the music in the trailer for Hellboy, and the norwegian group Ulver made the music for the norwegian movie "Svidd Neger" (Burned negro). Excellent soundtrack btw :)

    Anyway, I dont really see the point of this topic...of course someone is making the music in movies.....And having a topic like this for each country would be...well...stupid.

    The point simply is, that many bands have had their breakthrough in the US via a movie soundtrack. :) HIM & Nightwish are the first ones of the Finnish bands to gain such 'possible access'. In that sense it's a good thing. :)

    There's a [URL=http://www.yle.fi/ylex/musiikki/popuutiset.shtml]news source[/URL] that states that Nightwish's Nemo would be also on the Resident Evil 2 soundtrack. But because you can't see it on the tracklist it might be on the European version of RE2. Or it's falss news :D

    I dont see what it has to do with the movie....what is so scary with Nightwish... :P
