    Yeah, and I understand his reasoning from a story telling point of view, but it still isn't appealing to me...

    The Naboo celebration scene has been edited out? I don't even recall it being in the Special Edition. How can they edit something out that doesn't exist?

    There was never a Naboo celebration in the Special Edition.. (as the special Edition was created before TPM, and thus naboo didn't exist in much detail back then).

    However, there were rumors that such a scene would be included in the DVD Version...

    And while I can undestand Lucas's point with the whole Anikin thing, It still just bothers me somewhere deep down.
