    Couple of questions:

    1. In what way was he playing with the dog for this to happen?

    2. Did he try to stick them in the dogs mouth? The article mentions that the police don't know when his pants went missing.

    3. Why did he run from police? Could it be he had no pants on then?

    That's possible. From what I'd heard on the local news earlier (at noon local time) it sounded like the dog had simply gone for a "low blow" (or "low bite" in this case;) ); no mention was made of the guy's being somewhat undressed. It'll be interesting to see if that gets mentioned tonight.
