    Well there is a valid reason for doing it.. If people who accepted the credits were exempt, then what would stop people from sending the credits to themselves, so they get one character banned, but then they have a nother that they've sent the credits to who gets off scott free.

    I don't think someone could do that in Galaxies. You could only have one character per server and I'm pretty sure you can't transfer money and/or items between servers. But even if it were possibel thats still alot if innocent people being punished for doing nothing wrong.
