    It's amusing that as soon as they stop trying to make it for the american/western market, they can make something far better than [i]The Spirits Within[/i] (which, by the way, I did actually quite like)?

    i felt that spirts was one of the most visually impressive film that i have ever seen. and i didn't hate the story, i was rather engrossed by it.

    even own the dvd :)
