:D :p
That might be a traumatic shock...
That must be a fake. Most of those 'raised by a ...' are.
Yeah, ever since Tarzan's biography was published, people've been trying to copy his story.

This one isn't. The story broke here quite a while ago, and I've seen nothing to suggest it's a fake. Sure, there might be a bit of exageration in the media, but I don't think it's completely untrue.
Yes, I'm serious, and no, I am not a nut. Granted, I would've preferred if he had been raised by a more interesting animal, but, hey, chickens are carbon-based life-forms, too. ;)
It could be something of a boon for animal psychologists. Quite a few nonhuman animals have rudimentary languages, and if this guy actually learned any meaning behind the various walks and squawks of the chickens (as a child learns the meanings of those strange noises the Big People make), he could give some very interesting information on chickens.
"He had imitated or imprinted with the chicken," said Elizabeth Clayton who is rehabilitating the man. "He was perching, he was picking at his food, he was hopping around like a chicken. He'd keep his hands in a chicken-like fashion, and he'd make a noise which was like the calling of a chicken -- which he still has."
ahhhm...
