Jeremiah Canceled?

When did this happen?
On [url=http://www.scifi.com/scifiwire/art-main.html?2004-06/29/11.30.books]Sci Fi Wire[/url] there's a newspost about a Comic "that extends the story of Showtime's canceled SF drama series Jeremiah".

Now even I am starting to believe that i live behind the moon. I never read anything about Jeremiah beeing canceled... :confused:

The last thing i heard was jms beeing furious about the pressure of MGM and leaving, but that's almost a year ago...

    I can't say I really care if they have cancelled it, since jms has left. For me, the story ended perfectly with Interregnum.

    In the US, Showtime only ever showed seven eps of season 2. To my knowledge, they haven't ever actually said that the show was cancelled, or that they won't air the rest of the episodes, but they haven't done or said anything contradicting that, either. It's possible that actors' contracts have run out by now, in which case the show would now be officially cancelled.

    I have only the first 4 or 5 eps of the show, becuase Global(or was it CH) Took it off the air. FUCKERS!!!!!. But they keep a shit show like Train 48 on the air, and make a big fucking deal about it, and its one of the lammist, shittys shows I have ever seen.

    Sadly I cant do that, Becuase I have a 2 gig bandwidth, and the eps are around 500+ megs in size. And I wont to upgrading anytime soon.

    Actually, they're 350Mb :D
    You can get 2 eps each month or so, would be like following them on TV (only even slower).

    Anyone know if Jeremiah will be released on DVDs?

    The 1st Season is released in Region 1 (US)
    No anouncements for Region 2 (Europe) so far.

    The first season has been available in region 1 for months. If you plan on getting it, there's a link in the news forum where you can buy it from amazon and have some of the cost go to firstones.com.
