    If you ask me, Rumsfield is guilty of war crimes. He earlier authorised the use of very nasty interrogation techniques, although he removed that authorisation a month later.

    Edit: I agree with Biggles that Rumsfield is guilty of war crimes is some form or another. But he cant be brought to trail in international court becuase the US is not apart of it from what I believe.

    NZ has a nuclear free policy. No nuclear power generation or nuclear weapons are allowed on NZ soil or in our economic exclusion zone. This means that any nuclear powered boats or boats carrying nuclear weapons can't visit NZ ports. Since the US has a (rather sensible) neither confirm nor deny policy as to what boats carry nuclear weapons, no US boats can visit NZ.
