I think you're mixing a bit of Andromeda up with Farscape there!
in Farscape, the blue woman was Zhaan, a Delvian Priestess (of the ninth order, right?). The captain of the ship...well...there wasn't really a captain of the ship, but the main human character was John Crichton, who was attempting to test a theory on a means of using a planet's gravy to accelerate a ship to incredibly high speeds when he encountered a wormhole, one which threw him across the galaxy, where he encountered the oft-stereotyped crew of misfits aboard a living ship, named Moya

well the location we were at didnt serve alchol, so I dont think she was drunk, but some of my friends definatly thought she was one something.

Oh drat!:rolleyes: Yeah funny......I did think of a series and nearly said Armageddon which I knew wasn't right! Then I thought nope........must've been Farscape. I can't remember John too well. I do remember him getting caught up with them. I think they were pretty hostile towards him in the beginning. And also didn't he fall in love with that Claudia Black think that was her real name later on in the series?
I remember that creature thing who seemed to be somewhere else in the ship too.
