B5 VIDEOS AXED!!!!! (UK)

It's true! I went into a shop to buy B5 series 5 and was told that B5 vids were being axed! So I went and brought em all! I only miss one that I Will get tomorrow.

It's TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I HATE ENGLAND at times!

    I mean, I'd imagine WB's licensing terms would only allow for one publisher at any given time for any given region. Since the DVD is multi-region, it would fit. I'm sure SamK is a much better source for this.

    The B5 videos have been gone from New Zealand for ages. The one place selling them sold off their remaining stock at $NZ10 per video about 9 months ago.

    Well the store I went to get em from had Series 1 and 5 (Minus Volume 5, series 1) for £3 each! And it was buy one, get one free! Discount outlets ROCK!!!

    Anyway I 'm off to my fav. scifi shop later to get Vol 5. And as for DVD's.... I'll buy em IF I have a DVD player, since I don't they are useless to me!

    The B5 videos in my local HMV have been dwindling for ages. I've only got about 20 videos overall, spanning season 2-4. I made the decision last year not to bother buying anymore and wait for the DVD's. It will be well worth the wait!!!! I'll probably be selling mine off too when the time comes.

    End of the line bulk discount stores. I got the whole of seasons 1 and 5 (Minus volume 5 season 1) at one for 30 quid! What a bloody bargin! Got Vol 5 and completed my series at Forbiddon Planet. A better store but the vids were 4 for 15 quid. 2 for 3 quid is better!

    As far as I know, those box sets weren't even SOLD in Canada. Count your blessings.

    Heh, I went to one of the local video stores here and I found most of the series in VHS...they even had the first three eps of Farscape on VHS! However, I'm waiting for the DVDs. Besides, VHS sucks. [img]http://216.15.145.59/mainforums/biggrin.gif[/img] They're so limited and considering how I'd watch them...I'd wear out the tapes before 2002 arrives.
