Has anyone seen Lord Refa?

According to the board's logs, his last visit here was 2004-01-28 06:34:43. The irc stats say he last talked there on 2/5 11:05pm.

Anyone seen or heard from him since?

    Well he's not banned anymore. No idea how he got banned or who banned him, but even the admin logs don't show it being done.

    Sleep-Admining!
    You banned him in your sleep and deleted the logs to cover your tracks from your consious mind!
