Shipping fees overseas

Hey hey, I need a favor from any US or Canada residents and that is to get me a list of shipping fees that applies to different sizes of letters and boxes when you send something from USA/CAN to Sweden where I live.
If u can't get a list, then I wanna know what it costs if you ship let's say a box, 0,5x0.5x0,3m weighing maybe a couple of pounds or something similar.
Because of the cheap dollar, I'm thinking of letting someone in US/CAN buy stuff (electronic) that I want from a cheap place like newegg.com and send me it :D
But as I don't have an idea of what the shipping fees are, I don't know if it's worth it.
So any help is appreciated.

Btw, remember also that you might have to pay taxes in Sweden of the products you buy from elsewhere. It isn't always cheaper to buy stuff from other countries in the end, even if the prices are cheaper due to shipping costs and taxes. At least in Finland the taxes can add sometimes quite a lot to the price of the product. Also customs takes their share too. It of course depends on what you buy and at least in here you can sometimes avoid taxes and customs fees if the package is marked as a gift, but it doesn't always work.
