Space Shuttle 2.0

OK, it's become apparent that I AM going to finish this model...or at least that this one has taken off a little.
(Yes, still working on my robot as well ;) )

anyhoo, I've been working on this one over at scifi-meshes, so I'll just post all the pics.

(At <20K a pic, it is 56K friendly)

Second to last pic is for scale purposes. the while box is the main cargo hold.

Specs: 69.8 meters long (209.4 feet)
Two Scramjet engions with reversable thrust.
Is NOT a glider, controlled desent.

Designed to hold either cargo or pasengers. advanced Scramjet engions allow travel between worlds, thrust vectoring allows for short takeoff and landing. (STOL)

That looks great! Good work! Wish I had time to sit down and do learn some modeling, I got a great idea for an interplanetary transport/exploration vessel.

One question, even though the craft has a controlled decent, would it still use aerobraking? Seems like the undermounted SCRAM jet ducts would be a serious liability when trying to scrub off high orbital speeds.
