RubberEagleWhat's a rubber eagle used for, anyway?
We should pause here for a moment and remember what JMS has given us so far as info:
September:

...yes, as I mentioned
before, there is the possibility of something Babylon 5 related on the horizon,
but again I don't want anyone getting excited until we know if either one of
these two projects is going to actually come to fruition. We should know where
this lands in the next few weeks. The only thing I will say is that they're
not print projects, so if you were to assume it's for TV or film you wouldn't
be too far off...but that neither of them are series. And that's all I'm going
to say about them for now.
then, in november:
from jms
On the B5 front, there has been something of rather substantial proportion
that's finally gone from talk to money, such that I'm now working frantically
to meet some deadlines, but there's nothing I can say about this until after
January 15th, probably closer to the end of that month.
The only thing I can say is that phase one of the new project is a go, hence
the furious writing schedule at this end of things, which is why I've been
silent until deciding to kick up some dust on the political discusion. I've
been writing my little brains out.
now, if we think about it, TMoS could be a real title, or it really could just be something to differentiate it from the other project, that probably is not for TV or Big Screen. So TMoS could really just stand for "Telepath/The Movie or Something".
Considering the "furious writing schedule", it's obvious that he had to complete at least a treatment, if not first draft for TMoS, so i think it's pretty sure that this one is probably a movie (tv or big screen), and it was needed for the current "negotiations"(to finalise budget etc).
Biggles<font color=#AAFFAA>The Man Without a Face</font>
Here's hoping for the word "telepath" being in there somewhere.
The Minions of Silence
The Magic of Sex
The Melons of Starbuck
The Metropolis of Stars
The Massacre of Saints
The Morning of Susan
The Mayhem Over Sheriden
The Mighty Overrated Shadows
The Masters of Signatures
Too Many Old Statues
Telepath Marathon On Sky-TV
Guys, this isn't going to be a movie or tv series. Its going to be....the start of a toy release line!
First one out of the factory will be the "Tell Me off President Sheridan" doll! Not only does he have the gelled hair and the stylish uniform of the President of the Interstellar Alliance, but a string-activated voice box with 50 different clips of President Sheridan telling you off! Clips featured:
"Get the hell out of my office spoo-eater!"
"I always thought pak'ma'ra's were the smelliest creatures in the universe....then I met you!"
and many more!
Batteries not included. Thermonuclear warhead kit sold seperately!
Biggles<font color=#AAFFAA>The Man Without a Face</font>

Ahh yes, Baberlon 5. Great for taking care of space traffic jams. Just throw it out an airlock and it'll ram the offending vessel to death with great impunity until it gives up and leaves. :D Shadow-skin sold seperately. Batteries not included.
(if anyone wondered how I got my current rank title, its because of shit like this. :) What, did you think it was about my balls or something? ;))
