Gah...this stinks.

Funny how important bits of info are always the last thing people tell you.
I'll be graduating with my AA later this year. (Associate in Arts, 2 year 60 hour degree).
I have always been told that the first two years were basically two more years of high school, alot of required classes, and a few electives. After which, you pick a Major and move on.
Yea...right. errr... WRONG.
turns out, you MUST know your major when you graduate high school. Who on earth knows what their major is when they are 18?!? (To quote my mis-guidance counsoler..."Nobody") For me, I wanted to transfer to University for a degree in graphic arts. While I have an AA degree, I do NOT have the classes required to major in Graphic Arts. They won't accept students that don't have 30 hours of prerequisits for that major.
So...this stinks. Badly.
of the 30 hours, or 10 required classes, I've had ONE. leaving me with 27 hours. Of which, I can only get 12 at the local college. meaning I'll be doing community college hopping just to meet the freaking pre reqs for a major.
WTFH?!?
This....STINKS.
So much for graduating. A two year degree just went from being a victory into a peice of trash. Yippie.

So those things you have had to endure aren't so stinky when compared to endurements of that poor guy who owns that scooter. :D :D
Would that make a bang, a pop, or a sploosh sound?
Something like a Skrrrrrrsploooshkweeesplat I would imagine. The skrrr being the skin ripping, the sploosh being the insides becoming outsides, the kweeee being the noise that flying things make in cartoons, and the splat the hitting of whale entrails against the scooter. :)

I did....
Actually, I knew considerably younger than that, thanks in large part to Sierra's many Quest series. But, then, it seems that I'm in the minority.
I hate wasting time, and since a Masters requires at least 6 years (likely 10 years for me because of life issues), I don't want to go to Fresno City College only to find out that it was a bust...
Of course the way things are going for me, I'll likely never get going on this goal either.
:S
I contend that the US school system SUCKS!
No shit..... Your ranked 15th in the world.

Well the Canadian system can't be much better if you spell "you're" like that. ;)

Don't think like that, Jack.
