    Russian military service lasts two years and they let you visit home in 3 weekends within all that time. Other vacations are not included, but fortunately there's lots of hazing so basically you wont have time to get bored... actually many men are happy to pay huge fees in order to avoid that kind of hell.

    Edit: oh yeah, many men commit a suicide too just to get away from there... definitely a paradise for Lord Refa? :-P
