Season 4 DVD ads?

Not sure if this was posted before or not, but thought I'd mention it just in case...

I was watching Edward Scissorhands on FX tonight, and was pleasantly surprised to see a Babylon 5 Season 4 DVD ad. Is there a WB ad campaign on? I had never seen any ads until today, so very surprising.
