Could use some Image hosting.
you'll notice that they require a phone number to confirm your registration. You can't register without giving them a legitimate phone number. See, its shit like this that allows them to bombard you with telemarketing calls because you're entering into a business relationship with them, which exempts them from the "Do Not Call" list.
I'll just give them my cell number. I have it turned off 90% of the time:)

Thats not a bad idea for someone about to change providers. ;) Give them the number, get your account activated, then change providers (or numbers, and say someone is harassing you). :D
But no big worries, when I get a web hoster the bandwidth will be time to time over the 5GB monthly limit. Currently I use a friend's web space and my pages eat about 3GB of bandwidth monthly.

What you need is a laptop and some form of wireless internet access. Then, just sit next to the payphone while you register. :)
Or just use the phone number of a payphone on campus. :)
