    Coolness :)

Great work A#. I like that youve colored space to get different feelings for the planets.

Yeah that was my thoughts too...

Great work, just a small nitpick on a couple, only that the star and nebula backgrounds abruptly end where they shouldn't in some of them... ;)

I'd love to see these as book covers for anyones literary work on these particular subjects... :) or maybe as chapter art for a book that deals with the whole solar system.

    Cheers!

LOL! I also thought about book covers when I saw them :)
  • yea, I'm at my grandma's PC right now, and her moniter settings picked that up, on mine the stars are just bearly visable, the way I wanted it...here they are bright, and stars ending upreuptly = NOT A NITPICK!

why didn't anyone tell me?!? 60+ comments from all combined forums and no one mentions it!

Oh well...I'll fix em up an re upload

I only noticed it after I brought em up into Photoshop 6 and the color management settings changed to gamma on me... then I saw the problemo's

    ;)

Well, I thought it would be rude, since these are supposed to be artistic, so it might've had some reason to be there, like symbolizing the abrupt end of the frontier....

Oh, okay, I just forgot to post. Would it make up for it if I mentioned that Jupiter's moons are in the wrong order? It should be Jupiter>Io>Europa>Ganymede>Callisto. It looks like you have Jupiter>Ganymede>Europa>Callisto>Io, which is just weird. Especially since Io only looks the way it does because of how close it is to Jupiter.

Oh, and congrats on making it to a front page. And turn up your monitor's brightness, for heaven's sakes. You'll ruin your eyes looking at that dim screen. ;)
  • your more likely to burn yours out having it so bright. ;)

(Mines color corrected so black is black, white is white, and all else is correct. tried four seperate color/gamma/brightness correction programs and all agree. :)

and on the jupiter part, for the moons, I know they are the wrong order, and the main reason is the ONLY moon that has a high res map is Io...the others are like, 2000x1000 res maps, or lower. look BAD when up close. :)
