bunch friggin panzies, ya just get them all damnit, or have one room mate with the PS2 another with an X-box and then get a game cube yourself for the RE remakes :D
And then get three bigscreen TVS and two extra X-boxes for 6 on 6 games of drunken Halo!!!
I've just found the games too simplistic, and the controllers, ultimately, frustrating.
But Halo for the X-Box did tempt me. Then it came out for the PC, and it was, well, better.
But that new Galactica game for the X-box has revised the tauting cry of the green machine.

I own my PS2 for Final Fantasy and Xenosaga, two games that are far from simplistic when it comes to story. The GBA is simply for portable entertainment, plus the fact that Golden Sun is like playing a whole new FF6. :)

err... then why do all the multi-platform titles generally run/look better on the Xbox?
Meh, console fanboy arguements are useless, besides, other than library size, PS2 gets shafted in every category ;P
I've yet to see a single game that looks as good as FFX or Xenosaga on any platform, including the PC.
RubberEagleWhat's a rubber eagle used for, anyway?

Well, i only owned a NES as a console, but when the gamecube came out, i just had to get it. Rogue Leader sold the console to me.
But with all the console titles, and many pcgames, beeing canceled on other systems than the X-Box, and with Microsoft owning FASA interactive (I'm a huge fan of.. well anything FASA did), and the fact that i suddenly had mone (due to starting to work), i decided to get the x-box a month ago. If you find more games on it that you think you'll enjoy, and get it somewhere cheap, get it. It's flawed, but i don't regret the investement.
As to why all the games "look better on the X-Box", maybe because more development time and money is spent on the X-Box version?
Most multiplatform games start development on the PS2, because it is such a b*tch to program for, and then are ported to the other consoles. with the Cube not having soled that much, companies don't want to invest mony they don't think they'll get back, it's as easy as that.
