  In the Mission Collection you should hear voices.

  If you don't hear voices in Mission Collection try unzipping it. Zip's name is Buda5_SkGen.zip so make a folder named Buda5_SkGen inside I-War 2's mods folder and extract zip's content in the folder you created. It's same thing if you want to hear music.

You don't need to unzip anything manually!! And you should hear music AND voices.

There is no additional voice stuff from Buda5.
