Reading Mac floppy disks on a PC

TycoTyco RangerTexas
I was using a iMac for a project in my music threory class, and I need to open it on my PC, yet the file is formatted with the Mac formatting system. Can anyone point me to a link to a program that can do this (the free-er, the better!) Sorry this isn't much into detail, it's almost 2 AM and I'm exhausted (and since when did it get down to 29 in TEXAS?!)

Thanks y'all!:robot:

    Lazy. :)

My connection is hella slow tonight so I can only find a few in a short time.

    MacDrive: http://www.media4.com/downloads/trial/md/
MacOpener: http://www.dataviz.com/products/macopener/ (not sure if this one has a free trial.)

The other alternative assumes that said iMac is running something past about MacOS 8 (which I'm fairly sure they do :)) and you have easy access to it. Use the PC Exchange thing to copy the files onto a windows formatted disc.

    What are you smoking ?

iMacs have never had a floppy drive , come to think of it, basically any reasonably upto date mac doesnt have a floppy, hell... my PC doesnt have a floppy ! :D

best thing you can do is save out the file onto a PC formatted floppy on the Mac, then you can usually open things no problem when you introduce said floppy to the PC

Macs have always been better at going over to the dark side, rather than the PC's coming over to the light..:D

this comes from years of working at a desktop publishing/printing/outputting bureau

Lemme see... Biggles, been to those links before I posted the topic, as and I said, free is prefered. Not a $50 product. So lazy my arse. :p

Data, think of what you just said. Now, think of where I live. Problem solved. :D

Now, I ain't smoking anything Boxer. The iMacs have a USB FLoppy drive connected to them, hence the floppy drive on an iMac. What are YOU smoking? ;)

It may come down to the free trial if I don't get anything else that's 100% free.
