Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
So.. Was it the whole flesh I was supposed to consume? Or is just parts and pieces enough?

Ravenous is a damn fine movie btw.

Come on. Wendigo? By consuming the flesh of another human, you supposedly gain his essence, his strenght and all.

Might give it a try now that I don't really have anything to lose.

If the stuff in Ravenous was true, shouldn't there be a tribe of semi-immortal barbarians ruling the world now? :shadow1:

    Good movie though.

Well. Naaaaaaaah.. I think Slauson wasn't man enough for the power. I mean, so far, the eating the flesh of another man worked only on ives/Colghoun (or however it was spelled) because he was terminally ill, then it worked on Hart because, well, he had had his guts cut open. Then it worked on the hero chap, because he was dying too.

So, it seemed to work best when dying or ill. And by bending the rules a bit, it might work for me.

Just have to say one thing more, the music was great. Especially the theme that played when the hero had eaten a bit of Reich and started the walk back to the post.

Carlyle's commentary was interesting also, he was alone and it was quiet most of the time, and that thick scottish accent was.. well, thick, but it was a good commentary to listen to. Just like Bruce Campbell's.
