I'm glad you all still remember it as something neato.
The AI design was a group effort; with everyone on the team's influence (yes, even the artists' :D ). Dan, Dave, Nicolas, and Jeff were especially large contributors to the design.
Maybe someday I'll get another chance to implement it... or at least write it up for Biggles. :shadow1:

Holy Mother of Fuck John! You're working on Larry? I loved working on Larry. Way back in the day, Al and I were trying to plot a way for me to lead the art on a Larry game but our schedules never jibed. Sigh
Of course, you're not working on an "old school", Oakhurst, Larry, but wtf, go for it!
If you want to know the secret, Al surrounded himself with the biggest perves he could find and let them develop half of the gags in the game -give developers enough room and they will produce exactly what a game like Larry needed!
Did you ever see Mark "the plumber" Hood in Larry 6?

That sounds like somebody misunderstood Al's comment, atleast on his site (allowe.com) he said that he's not involved in the game, but if he was asked to join the project he wouldn't mind :) Somebody probably just assumed that he's actually _trying_ to get in the project...
My biggest gripes about the game is that it's not Larry anymore (ok, the name is pretty irrelevant, but still :P ) and the fact that Al Lowe isn't working with the game.. :( (atleast as far as i know)
