    no matter how universallly maligned it is, Spam must work, otherwise no-one would bother. I wonder just how many real leads Spam actually does generate, in other words how many real customers it brings to the door of those who Spam.

    Man... I guess I better order my free 250 business cards and print up the fact that I've taken some pills which make my dick three inches longer...:D

    Some of the real classic Spam are the ones that you just cant believe anyone would send..:)

    heh, thats one of the few times that having a 56K is a good thing. I hate the ones that steal subject lines, or the ones that target me as a blender user "Hey, question about Blender" or somesuch as the title... *sigh*

    Most porn spam loads its images off the web, which you can easily block if you're using a sensible email client.

    I <3 the fact that every porn spam I've ever recieved has had a blatantly obvious title. Checking email, I have "abused wives get banged," and "two blondes take huge dick." Not that hard to guess what they are... :rolleyes:

    some of mine are like that...usually they are more along the lines of "question" or "Check this out" etc...

    unfortunatally, those are the same types of subject lines blender users use to contact me...argh

    The other day, I got this email with the title, "What if you died?" Before I could delete it, I started thinking. what [i]would[/i] happen if I died? What impact would that have upon the world? What would happent to my friends and relatives?

    Then I realized death meant the end of spam, so I checked the box and junked it.

    Its easy for me. Most ppl who have my mail speak swedish, so almost every mail in another language is spam.
