Back when I was in the army there were a few good looking gals there too (In a total population of 6000 people, that's not so surprising ;)) and getting their contact info after a little amount of snooping was very easy...

Me: "In that case, nothing, I was just calling you to see if you'd like to grab a cup of coffee with me one of these days..." :) She was pretty taken. I had a punishment job at that battery as a leader of a guard team once and that's where I met her, so she knew who I was pretty well.
After that I saw her a few times, talked to her a few times and actually got her to agree on having a chat with me over a cup'.
The problem is that later on she got cold feet and never showed up, she'd gone drinking with her friends although we had had the date sorted out for some while... I was a bit disappointed in her at that time, and gave the ball to her, so to speak, and explained that I wasn't going to harass her any further but that if she was still interested even in the slightest, I'd still be here. She never called and that's the end of that. That's actually the thing I regret the most about my whole time there, even as I spent a whole year in the service.

I can relate to that one Data Crystal... knew a woman at work who was quite nice, met her a few times for lunch, went out for a drink once, everything going along nicely. But after a while I realised I was making all the effort... she never once suggested grabbing lunch, never, always had to be me. It was weird as she said she liked me and enjoyed my company but yet it didn't seem to bother her if we didn't hang out (yet when we did we'd be chatting for hours). And to make it worse she was a big flirt, so it was easy to go back and be a sucker for more punishment and being led round the garden path.
You know I think women are like Vorlons... they can hide away for weeks and when they appear they drive you nuts with riddles and you can never get a straight answer out of them :angryv: :D

Nope, not Lightwave (not yet at least...), this image is heavily mutated... Just a lot of modification of skin tones and color enhancement, removal of certain specific skin features.
She is (or was) a real model for Frederick's of Hollywood. I've always been intrigued by her facial design and balance.
This image is both a color study for a female Character Model I have been slowly working on, as well as a test image for some display screen effects I was working on a year ago.
Part of which can be seen here in this web template image I made for an unfinished web site:
Because of heavy filtering and layering, I needed an exhagerated color saturation for her complexion and palor to come through. I also was after the "plastic look" because I was trying to get that soft , over video-processed, look that Penny had in the Lost In Space Movie, with her personal recorder.
One day when I feel it is appropriate, I release some images of my Lightwave model as well, but not yet. Have too far to go before I'm comfortable with it's condition. ;)

Yes eyes and hair are the strongest. The major reason why I like Japanese (Asian) girls & women is because of their eyes.

To me, eyes have always been the most important thing. Hair is unimportant as is complexion (well, depends on what kind of complexion).
