    Here's my reply:
    Good Evening:

    During most of today, the RadiusCo Web server was down. However, it didn't crash, but our service provider had disconnected it from the switch. This was due to an error by our back-up service that we use every night to back-up the server. The file transfer connections opened up by our server to the back-up server were logged as "port scanning" on the back-up server. These connections were in fact, just regular file connections, not attacks on their server. Our provider has reconnected the server to the switch as of 30 minutes ago or 4:40 pm CST.
