    Ahh, I rember asking the same questions only a few months ago. ;)

    Basically, these are chat channels for certain forums which can be accessed through a program called "mIRC".

    Just go to [url]www.mIRC.com[/url] download it, connect to a server, (best to choose one close to you geographically from the list, and copy and paste the address of the chatroom into the location box. (Such as "irc.radiusco.com #firstones"). :)

    mIRC: I log on, it comes up with the box listing all the possible servers. It is set to ALL Networks. There is no irc.radiusco.com, nothing with radiusco in the name, no irc.firstones, no servers with firstones in the name... NO servers that start with "irc." Help?

    In the options window, Connect Category:
    Click ADD
    Add the following server:

    Description: Firstones
    IRC Server: irc.radiusco.com

    In the options window, IRC > Perform Category
    Add the following line:
       /join #firstones

    Then you should be good to go ;). Go back to Connect Category, and click Connect to IRC server.

    By Options, I assume you mean the one in the Connect menu. There is no ADD or Add Server option there.

    And Morden, I hate that thing. I've used mIRC, but never had to ADD a server before...

    And Simmonds, you know the drill: shut up. You never said that. :rolleyes:

    lol, I'm a CS nerd. I talk on Gamesnet all day. No good servers other than that... cuz IRC is pretty crappy anyways. So... a little help? :mad:
