Any picture editing virtuoses here?

Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
in Zocalo v2.0
It's just that I'd need two tiny lil' details to be taken out from a picture without making it look like it's been edited too badly.

It shouldn't be that hard for someone who knows what he/she is doing. The picture is grey scaled negative. So not many colors or anything.

    How big? Maybe you can send it to my email address, tell me what to fix, and tell me where to send it back to?
