Car Stereo ???

Rogue TraderRogue Trader Somebody stop him...
Anyone around here know of a good Car Stereo Forum they could link me to?

Im looking for information on a CD Receiver Brand called Road Gear.

See i bought myself an Amp and a sub and have installed it in my car but the sub isnt working. I dont think its the Amp since i put it in a friends car and it powered his more powerful sub with ease, and i dont think its my sub since its brand new. (i bought one and i thought it was that and returned it and it still isnt working)

I have a feeling that its the CD player, even though i know some friends who have the same and it powers there systems......

THANKS!

Regards,
Rogue Trader

  • So you aren't getting any power to your amp? Mine has a bigass light on it to show it's powered.

    I fixed it!

    it just wasn't grounded properly
  • SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
I so very hate bad grounds. They're so...ungrounded, and a real pain in the ass to find if the work areas is small :D

Stupid volvo rear deck amp had a bad ground. Although I imagine if I knew it had a rear deck amp, I'd have had a much easier day.

Wow. My amp won't even power up if it isn't grounded correctly.
