It will take a while, since I dont have a digital camera, Ill have to dig out my camera, snap photos of them, then give them to a friend of mine who can get them processed cheap since she works for a camera shop. It might take a week or so.
Dont have a bayonette for it either, gotta fix that next gun show :)

Cool if you could mate, I never get tired of seeing M1 Garands. (Ching-tastic!) ;)
I used to talk to a former US Army Ranger on the internet when Vault-13.net was still running, and he had 12 Garands that his dad bought in the late 40s for about 15 bucks each. The collection's now worth a good few grand. ;)
He also grafted a bayonet lug onto his M1-A as unlike the M14, the civillian version doesn't come with one. (Damn liberals...)

Actually, green tea looks like regular tea. Its called green because of the slight green color you see when it brews. Its VERY good. (and good for you) Keeps your kidneys flushed out, which is a good thing given how much people drink soft drinks.

I wouldn't say the green tea I've drunk looks anything other than green, and the regular tea I see people drinking always looks brown.

That's why people from Asia have such good immune systems; all through centuries of drinking tea.

Sorry for the delay, I got busy, with uhmm, stuff? Anyways, "ching-tastic" LoL is that a reference to the clip ejection? thats always the fun part is figuring out where the hell that thing goes after Im done, at firing ranges Im forced to use the right most lane just as a precaution ;) makes the coolest sound though.

12 garands! damn thats a huge collection!
Yeah, my M1-A will be aquiring a bayonet lug if the AW ban expires next year. Im pretty happy with it otherwise though.

Yeah, I was referring to the characteristic sound the 8-round stripper-clip makes when it ejects from the breech. Myself and my mate Ian have even taken to shouting; "CHING! LOADING!" when our mags run out during an airsoft game. ;)
If you haven't already seen it, the latest film version of "The Thin-Red Line" is chock-full of great M1 action, even moreso than Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers.
As for the M1-A baynonet lug, the Ranger I mentioned mainly made his own as a precaution against intruders, apparently! (Not worth wasting a few rounds of seven-sixty-two on them, probably.) :p

I dont see the RED BUTTON in any of those pics
Eh? What are you talking about, Simmonds?

I usually keep it out of sight. If I can see it all the time, it's too tempting.
Biggles, could you just intimidate Simmonds a bit, so that he doesn't keep on mentioning that damn button?
