Babylon 5 Books, questions et c.

Well some of you know by now that I have been interested in purchasing some of the Babylon 5 books :D , but for one reason or another have not... That is about to change, I have the following questions and would like some Kosh-sized words of wisdom please ;)

1.)Is there any particular official order to the books?
2.)Is there a complete list of books somewhere?
3.)How may I order the books through First Ones Amazon option, how much more does this cost?
4.)What is your favo(u)rite?

    It's probably best to read the books in the order they were published, as some of the books in the various trilogies take place concurrently. For the books currently available (the "good" books), the order is:

    The Shadow Within
    To Dream in the City of Sorrows
    The Psi-Corps trilogy
    The Centauri Prime trilogy
    The Technomage Trilogy

    It doesn't cost any more if you order through the Firstones Amazon thing. It would rather defeat the purpose if it did. "Hey, support your favorite site by paying more that you would if you just came straight to us!"

    My favorite was the second book in the Centauri trilogy.

    With the exception of "The Shadow Within" and "To Dream in the City of Sorrows" I didn't think the numbered books were all that good...readable certainly but not as good as any of the trilogy books...I thought the Centauri trilogy was excellent!
